Gen Con Makes Good to Make-A-Wish Foundation |

SEATTLE (November 26, 2008) Gen Con LLC announced today that it has received
the blessing of the United States Bankruptcy Court to pay the Make-A-Wish
Foundation funds raised in a charity auction last year. Judge Thomas T.
Glover, noting that children should not have to wait for their wishes any
longer, made the unusual ruling in open court last week, and creditors were
told a payment would be ordered.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving! I hope that everyone one of you had at least as good a holiday as I did. I swear, I hate so much good food yesterday that my stomach is still distended. I have no idea how I made it up that hill on Glendale Ave on my bike this morning on the way to work. Still, I did make it and here I am with another installment of the Monarch Shipping List. |

Dragonmeet 2008, the UK's friendliest roleplaying convention has signed up RPGnet as this year's media partner to help promote the event to the wider gaming community. Dragonmeet 2008 will open its doors on Saturday the 29th of November 2008 at 10am. Once again Kensington Town Hall will be hosting London’s foremost roleplaying and collectable card gaming convention.
